I tried to do that 30 day shred, and I got to about day 7 and gave up. I am going to retry it starting tomorrow, March 1st. This is going to be interesting, since this month is FULL of stuff for me to do. It’s got my N test, my birthday, Spring Break, and my regular social life. If I can get through it this month, then I can do anything. I want to feel good, and healthy on my birthday as...
